What we take on
Site & estate boundaries. Perimeter runs, phased replacement, multi-property estates under one schedule. Each phase priced and scheduled up front, so a managing agent or developer can plan around it rather than around us.
Access gates. Vehicle gates with keypad or fob access, installed and handed over working. Handed over tested, with keys, fobs or codes issued on completion — not a follow-up visit needed to finish the job.
Planned maintenance. Surveyed condition reports and a costed programme, rather than reactive call-outs. A condition report and a costed programme up front, so budget holders know what's coming before it becomes reactive.
